Billing rules

  1. Billed in 15-minute increments, with a 2-hour minimum per engagement.
  2. Every project starts with a written estimate showing a low and high hour range per service.
  3. Durust asks for your written approval before going more than 10% over the high estimate.
  4. After-hours or weekend go-live work bills at 1.25 times the rate.
  5. Rush starts within 5 business days bill at 1.25 times the rate.
  6. No travel charge inside the Central Okanagan. Travel beyond it bills at the data rate.
  7. Software, hardware and processing fees go on your own accounts. No markup on software.
  8. Any vendor referral fee appears in writing on your estimate.

Prepaid monthly hours for questions, changes and fixes after launch.

Billed at the training and support rate of $85 an hour. Unused hours roll over for one month.
